and I'm not knowledgeable enough with tech to consider more options. My head spins trying to piece it together. Plus, would they even know to do it to get rid of it forever? How did they delete it? No laptops could be found in their bags to manage such an act.

If their deaths were an accident and they took the picture themselves. I'm not that tech savvy either and only learned about it recently). which I don't think most Panaman tribesmen/locals are? (No offense. That must mean the murderer would be tech savvy enough to know that fact in order to delete it. Why would the killer go through the effort of thoroughly deleting one specific photo when they could have just taken out the batteries/SD-card and thrown the girls' equipment in the river? As you likely know, unless a photo has been deleted on a computer, any photos taken on a camera or a phone can be restored.

But, there's one piece of evidence that wouldn't make sense in either scenario, and that's the titular deleted photograph.

To be honest, in my opinion, both sides have very valid points of equal merit. I tried to be as unbiased as possible in consideration of the two most popular theories whether it was a murder or an accident. I've been engulfed with this mystery more than what's probably healthy, and I've read tons of threads discussing what might have happened to Kremers and Froon.
